Oftentimes I found it hard to express my own opinion. I knew what I wanted but I felt butterflies in my stomach when I was about to put my foot down. Since I made an appointment with Brigitte Novalis at the Alpha Center all of this has changed. We met for several sessions and now I look at life differently. My butterflies are gone and I feel that I am good and important and deserve a good life. This is a huge change in my life!
